At Shine Revive Detailing, we always aim to give our clients the best, And the smoothest way to do so is by simple agreement of our Terms & Conditions.
By using this site or getting in touch with us, you comply and fully agree with our Ts&Cs.
Terms and Conditions:
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Our staff are trained to be courteous, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Our notice period is 48 hours.
Cancellations made within the specified notice period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
Requests to reschedule appointments are subject to availability and must be made within the cancellation notice period.
Rescheduling may incur additional charges or require a new deposit, depending on the circumstances.
Shine Revive Detailing offers a convenient mobile service, catering to your workplace or doorstep. We kindly request access to a safe power source via an extension lead and in some cases, a water source.
For insurance and safety reasons, we are unable to initiate work on vehicles situated on main roads, heavily trafficked streets, or narrow roads. Additionally, we are unable to operate in pay and display car parks. If your preferred location presents any of these challenges, please contact us beforehand.
Please note that Shine Revive Detailing cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic incidents, natural disasters, or third-party actions. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify and reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the original booking.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
We accept cash, bank transfer and other agreed-upon forms of payment.
Reservation Confirmation & Reminders:
Booking appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the service.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or SMS, including details of the appointment and any specific instructions.
A reminder of your appointment may be sent via email or SMS closer to the scheduled date and time.
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the appointment or notify us of any changes or cancellations.
Vehicle Condition & Liability:
The customer acknowledges that the condition of the vehicle may affect the results of the detailing service.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear on the vehicle.
While we take upmost care in our detailing services, we are not liable for any damage that could occur during the service.
Customers are responsible for removing any valuable items from the vehicle prior to service.
Completion Time:
The estimated completion time provided at booking is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle and any unforeseen circumstances.
We strive to complete all services in a timely manner but cannot guarantee exact completion times to be met.
Quality Assurance & Satisfaction Guarantee:
We use high-quality products and employ skilled professionals to deliver superior detailing results.
We continuously review and update our techniques to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
We always aim to provide our detailing services to the highest of standards and quality for our clients. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address & rectify your concerns.
Special Requests:
Any special requests or specific requirements should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure they can be accommodated.
We will make every effort to fulfill special requests, but their availability may depend on factors such as service availability and additional charges.
Fleet Vehicles & Contracts:
Terms and conditions may vary for maintenance clients and therefore contracts will be drafted, tailored for each vehicle and/or client, to provide clarity for all parties.
Contracts will consist of any vital and relevant information and can be used a source of reference. These will be signed by both parties and each party will have a copy.
Environmental Responsibility:
We strive to minimize our environmental impact by using eco-friendly cleaning products and implementing sustainable practices wherever possible.
Privacy Policy:
We respect our customers' privacy and will not share or sell personal information to third parties without consent.
Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving customer experience.

We welcome any feedback from our customers and always encourage open communication.
If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us directly, and we will address them promptly and professionally.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that result in the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, we will make every effort to accommodate customers and minimize inconvenience.
